Refund & Return Policy
At Stravion Market, your complete satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent and hassle-free return process.
Return Timeframe
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at naeemahmad@stravionmarket.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Important Notes
- International Shipping: Please note that we currently do not offer International Shipping. All orders and returns are processed exclusively within the United States.
- Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
